This place is located in the beautiful high street of Trani (Apulia region, Southern Italy). The project originated from the idea of creating an entrance hall inside the place, with transparent doors and display cabinets.

In this way, upon getting in, the patrons find themselves steeped in a brightly coloured world filled with scents. The pastry area is fully visible from the entrance with its five-meter-long cabinets and an area dedicated to the display of dry pastries.

The imposing bar counter, located centrally, strategically gathers all the services. In the general layout of the place, the bar counter is placed centrally, embedding the pillars and rising to the role of real protagonist from the architectural point of view. “Civico 109” is a cafeteria, a bar and a fast food..

The wall/bookcase, as well as being a back counter, also plays the role of display area for food products and drinks, giving patrons the chance to see beyond.

The colours chosen by the client are warm and bold. The materials used vary from corian to stainless steel and pickled wood.

The seating area is equipped with a faux leather upholstered sofa, tables and small chairs, and is located behind the bar counter, thus giving the patrons a chance for relaxation in a quiet, private and cozy place.
